Former Ghana Black Stars player John Paintsil has threaten to beat the guy in charge of Crime Check Foundation for releasing the 64-year-old man who was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment for sleeping in an abandoned house belonging to him.

The man in charge of the Crime Check Foundation in a phone-in interview with Kofi TV revealed that, the former Black Stars player, made a derogatory statement and even threaten to beat him when the Crime Check Foundation paid the funds for the release of the 64-years-old man who got arrested for sleeping in his abandon house.

According to him, he said, John Paintsil claims, the death of the late Christian Atsu was as a result from the curses on the prisoner the foundation paid for their released.

A 64-years-old man who was serving a 12-month jail sentence at Winneba Local Prison for sleeping in an abandoned house belonging to Former Ghana Black Stars player John Paintsil was released by Crime Check Foundation during their visit to the prison and he told them about his case in an interview granted with the foundation

The 64-years-old man was arrested, charged and arraigned alongside his friend. The court found him guilty of two charges and fined him GH¢1400. He was sent to jail because he could not afford to pay the fine.
