Video: Captain Smart Reacts To Ken Ofori-Atta GHC10M Defamation Suit Against Him
Radio and television presenter, Blessed Godsbrain Smart, popularly known as Captain Smart has reacted to the Minister of Finance defamation suit against him on his show, Onua Maakye.
Captain Smart during his show revealed that, he has seen a writ on social media on lawsuit from Ken Ofori-Attah but sincerely speaking he has received the said court writ in person.
According to him, he doesn’t live on social media, if indeed he has been sued for defamation the writ should be presented to him and his lawyers to proceed on their next move not circulate on social media.

Captain Smart disclosed that, he is not afraid of any body in this country because he believes every idoit can go to court.
Captain Smart during one of his shows alleged that Hon. Ken Ofori-Atta has taken a 10% share out of the International Money Fund’s $3 billion bailout for Ghana.
Hon. Ken Ofori-Atta is therefore seeking a declaration that the words uttered by Captain Smart, are defamatory.
