Anas Will Not Show His Face To Kwesi Nyantakyi – Tiger Eye Pi Counter Court Rulings

Tiger Eye PI a private investigation firm headed by ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, has decline court ruling that indicate Anas should testify in an open court trial in the case of the Former GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi.

In a press release stated by the firm, Anas Aremeyaw Anas shall only testify in court in mask and not show his face to Kwesi Nyantakyi in the Judge’s chambers.

According to Tiger Eye Pi, their position for declining the court rulings claims will compromise the investigative Journalists, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, physical security and personal safety.

Tiger Eye Pi revealed Ahmed Suale was murdered the day he had an engagement with the Attorney General’s office in the said case and Anas will not show his face to Nyantakyi in the Judges chamber before the trial.

On the 17th of May, 2023, the Accra High Court ordered investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas to testify in open court in the trial of former Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi.

The court, presided over by Justice Simmons gave the ruling following an application by the prosecution for Anas to testify on camera.

Lawyers of Mr. Nyantakyi opposed the application and urged the court to rather allow Anas to testify in open court with his face showing.
