Chairman Wontumi’s fresh case against Afia Schwarzenegger has been thrown out by the Tema High Court on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 over refusal to appear at court with his lawyers.
Afia Schwarzenneger represented by his lawyer claims, they didn’t received any letter indicating they are to appear in court on the May 17, 2023 over her case with Chairman Wontumi after Afia has signed a bond of good behaviour less than a month ago.
According her lawyer, who revealed has 36 years of experience in the field, went to the law court with some few learned colleagues of his and told the judge the cased that has been called has no interest part which is Chairman Wontumi and his lawyers present to proceed with the case hence the judge show rule out the case.
